I had a more active participation in this Project in question as a Scrum Master, facilitator and communication with international teams. I worked directly in the Dailys, removing impediments, and supporting the Project Manager of the demand, using not only knowledge in Qlikview, but ensuring that all functionalities were in agreement, as well as following an agile management model.

The Contracted Company was WABTEC (https://www.wabteccorp.com/) Pittsburgh, PA - USA, it was another opportunity for international experience that I obtained working directly with remote teams in the USA, Italy and India. The main objective of this Dashboard was very interesting, as it demonstrated in real time the location of locomotives in circulation throughout the country, and in a short space of time it presented the physical status of various parts of the engine and the functioning of these locomotives.

The Panels were visible to the Operations center and whenever there was any relevant reason for mechanical failure, the attendants would check via radio and another system the availability of immediate repairs at the next station where the Train would pass. If there were no resources, another locomotive could be requested for the Train and Cargo, thus avoiding any logistical delays, which would impact the company financially.
